Seven years on site.
Now in your corner.
Toukan Finance exists because getting a loan shouldn't feel like getting the runaround. Meet the person you'll actually be dealing with, from first call to settlement.

From building sites to better loans.
Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent seven years managing large-scale commercial construction projects. I've read building contracts, managed subcontractors, dealt with progress claims, and watched timelines blow out and come back together.
That experience means something when you're applying for a construction loan, trying to get your tradie income across the line, or just need someone to explain what's actually happening with your application, in plain terms, without the runaround.
I started Toukan Finance because I saw how many people, especially first home buyers and self-employed Australians, were getting lost in a process that should be straightforward. My job is to make it straightforward: understand your situation properly, find the right lender among the 35+ we're accredited with, and stay beside you until the keys are in your hand.
You deal with me directly, not a call centre, not a different person every phone call. When you call, I answer. That's the whole model.
Licensed. Accredited. Accountable.
Four steps to your approval.
Tell Me Your Situation
A quick call or enquiry form is all it takes. No paperwork yet. Just a conversation about what you're trying to achieve and where you're at.
We Find Your Options
I research your situation across the panel and come back with the lenders who are the right fit, explained clearly, with a recommendation.
Application Submitted
Once you're happy with the direction, we handle the application, the documentation, and the lender conversations. You focus on life.
Approval & Settlement
We see it through to the end: approval, conditions, valuation, and settlement. We stay in touch long after the ink is dry.
Let's talk about
your goals.
Whether you are ready to go or just exploring options, reach out. No pressure, no obligation, no jargon.
